Having some luck.

Well I went to 2 AKC licensed field trials for ESS, and finished all the series and got 4th with Odie in the amateur all age. I then gave him to a pro, Ken Willis to run due to work and he ran in OH yesterday and got 2nd in the open. He has developed into a fine dog, and will be headed to the US National. It is nice when your hard work starts to pay off.

Kept the train rolling this fall. River won in ND and Odie I added an Open 2nd myself along with a 2nd in the amateur. Now with him being qualified for both Nationals and River for the Am. They have been there at the end of pretty much every trial they have ran in this year. It's been fun.

Finished the year with River's win and Odie with 3 2nds, a 3rd and a 4th. Odie placed in 5 trials running in 8. Now on to Nationals for some fun.

Guess the year was not done. Odie recieved a Certificate of merit at the National Open Championship, which put him in the top 13 of 126 starters. River made the 5th series in the NAC, but had bad luck in that last series, man she was smokin. She was one of 26 called to the 5th out of 112 starters. Not bad. :D
