I have to give a shout out to my personal favorite. Especially since they are out west and have great service.
Dogs Unlimited puts out a nice catalog and has a nicer website than most.

Their dura-lon center ring collar is my favorite.

Lion Country Supply with out a doubt.
With out going into alot of detail, their customer service is outsatnding.
Many companies spew they understand how important customer loyalty is to their business. However when push comes to shove, most companies are looking out for their bottom line above the clients interest.
Yes, I certainly want to get the best price; as we all do. But I truly judge a company as to how a they treat the customer when things get sideways. This in my opinion is what sets a company apart from the price matchers.
I can tell you from personal experience LCS listens (a foreign skill in todays market) to their customers, then takes the appropriate steps to assure their satisfaction.

I have tried most of these places.
Customer service is more important to me than price and LCS does have good service. My only problem with them is their distance from me and shipping time of 5 days. I guess I am a little impatient and want it now when I want it.

I use Gundog Supply a lot and they also have great customer service. They screwed my order up royally once and Steve re-shipped everything overnight and then refunded my total order. Can’t ask for more than that.

I also use Dogs Unlimited a lot. It’s close to me and I can get something in a day but a little more expensive. I really like there puppy collar set.
