Duel Ownership > need search for pups in two states

I co own a dog with my sister. I live in MN, have my kennel / web site here so my ad shows up in a search when you put in MN.
The dog resides in TX with my sister and that is where the pups will be whelped. I would like the ad to show up if you put in TX as the search state. Is there any way to do this?
