Looking for a started Clumber

Looking for a started Clumber to do some upland and "easy" duck hunting with in my now "later" years. Does anybody know a Trainer/breeder working with Clumbers anywhere near N.J.? If you have a lead for me, email me at mickjackmd@yahoo.com. Only reputable and solid leads please.

Hi There,
The Only pro trainer who has Clumber experience all the way through Master is Hal Standish (Justamuck Kennels) . He is in 3 Rivers Michigan. Hal is a Springer guy, but he speaks fluent Clumber.
We have had 2 Clumbers training with him. One of our homes sent their dog all the way from New Orleans to Hal, and they were thrilled with the results.
We have 2 pups now that are 8wks old... no where near started. The female is flying to New York, end of Feb. I may know of a Started male in Wash State, you`d have to fly him...but it might be worth it.

Michigan is good; do you have an email address?

Let me know if this did not work, I can get you in touch with this other guy. He too is a pro trainer for ESS and all breeds, A successful trialer but does not hunt test. Many pros do not hunt test though. I did have the pleasure of gunning over a few Clumbers with him and it was interesting. You certainly don't have to worry about them punching down the field on you. They could be related to the ones Craig is talking about. I don't think there is a whole lot of breeders for them. They sure are a cuddly friendly dog.

I have only seen one Clumber being used down in south jersey. Where's your location?
