Reloading formulas

One of Johns posts have got me going again on reloading. I bought a reloading book and all the equipment a while back, but I find it all to be confusing. I am wondering if someone has a formula for a high velocity, high performance 12 ga and 20 ga load.
If you would share all the components you are using. Also where are you getting your supplies? I am having a hard time finding the stuff too.
