Often you will know right away if the breeder is what you are looking for and you will be able to see the sire and the dam up close. We feel confident that for most hunting dog breeds there are good breeders within driving distance in all of the 48 States and many in Canada. If you choose to purchase a puppy site unseen and fly the puppy or dog from out of State, there are inherent risks involved. Some breeders are happy to ship puppies and dogs cross country for an additional cost of $300-$500.
