3X NFC Dixieland's Smokin Freedom bred litter - German Shorthaired Pointers in Las Cruces, New Mexico - WRANGLER KENNELS

Wrangler's Freedom Belle (call name Belle) has been bred to FC PVR's Dixieland Smokin Light'n and puppies should be expected around mid May 2010.  Belle is double bred Dixieland's Rusty and is sired by 3X NFC Dixieland's Smokin Freedom (aka Marshall).  Marshall had many accomplishments in his career including the 2000 NGPD All Age Champion, 1999 NGSPA Amateur Shooting Dog Champion, 1998 NGPDA National Amateur Champion and several Regional Championships.  Belle's dam was sired by FC/AFC Rusty's Blue Earth Rexx.  Rexx sired several National Field Champions, Species Champions and too many FC's to count. 

The sire of this litter, FC PVR's Dixieland Smokin Light'n (call name Jocko) is also sired by 3X NFC Dixieland's Smokin Freedom which will make this litter double grandsired "Marshall" pups.  Jocko's dam was sired by 3X NFC Rawhides Clown so this pedigree will be loaded with some of the best GSP bloodlines available.  Jocko himself is a rising star on the field trial string for professional field trialer, Terry Chandler of Rugerheim Kennels.  Jocko is the 2010 Region 12 Champion and also the 2009 Chukar Champion.  These pups will make great field trial candidates or spectacular gun dogs at the very least.  The Dixieland's Smokin Freedom dogs have a very easy demeanor in the kennel and home but are in a class by themselves in the field.  They are hard driving, yet very biddable with great noses and style.  They will retrieve birds as good as labs in and out of the water.  Please go to our website at www.wranglerkennels.com and click on the "Pedigrees" link then scroll to "Belle/Jocko Litter Pedigree" to view this awesome lineage.  Also, scroll below for pictures of the sire and dam.  Pups are priced at $600.  A $100 deposit included in the price is required to hold your pup in the order of deposits received.  We currently have 5 deposits on this litter for 2 females and 3 males.  Puppies can be flown to any destination via El Paso, Texas International Airport.
