For Sale- Zip is an 8 y/o intact male. He is a DNA'd AKC FC and NGSPA Ch. as well. Sire and Dam are both FC's as are many in his pedigree. He is out of hadlock breeding that's directly out of Rusty and Uodibar breeding.Zip was a full time trial dog until this summer when his previous owner decided to get out of the business. I purchased him simply to have a finished dog around to do some local trialing since I had only several young dogs that were just getting started. Since then I have had a job change and some family medical issues that will not allow me to do any trialing and little hunting this fall. When i took Zip from the handler he was completely broke steady to wing and shot. I haven't worked him a ton so he might need polished up. He has a great nose, backs, retrieves and handles easily. He is collar conditioned. He will run big if the cover calls for it but will also stay in on tight preserve type cover. He is an easy keeper in the kennel and doesn't make any noise. He loves attention and being around people. Zip would make a good addition to a weekend trialers string, a guide operation or a hunter that likes a little run in his dogs. I am interested in finding him a good home and not making a lot of money. I would love to keep him around but it's not fair to him to sit in a kennel.
