Planned breeding Spring 2010 - Wirehaired Pointing Griffons in Nipomo , California - Iron Point Griffons

I am a avid hunter and fisherman that grew up developing a love for the outdoors. Since my childhood I have always had a great appreciation for mans best friend and through the years have had many special dogs by my side. About over five years ago I came upon a breed that really caught my eye. It was not just the rugged good looks, but the reputation and the skill in the field that drew me to the Wire-haired Pointing Griffon.  I got my first male Gauge and was forever changed. He is my best friend at work or at play. He has impressed me from day one with his skill and natural instinct for the hunt. He is my right hand and my pride and joy.... and then came Belle. I just couldn't get enough and started looking for a girl to make our family complete.  She is the apple of my eye. She's a perfect match for Gauge and has all the qualities that I could have hoped for.  I am now enjoying working with them both. We already make quite a team. 

  We have a litter planned between Gauge and Belle in 2010.  We are not a kennel, we work our dogs in the field by day and they sleep in the house at night. We are only planning on a few quality breedings between Gauge and Belle because of the outstanding bloodlines and their ability in the field. We know that the pups will be a joy to the families they become a part of and that they will be a great example of the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon inside and out.
