Litter Information: This is a breeding that was planned for about 2 years before it finally took place this summer. We have very high expectations for these puppies in their drive levels, conformation, and temperaments. Nikki, from Jody's litter in 2006, is everything you could want in a hunting dog and companion for the kids: She is highly sociable and anybody can work her with the birds. This is exactly the way we anticipate Jody's pups to be in this litter. 1 black male and 2 black females available.

Sire: HRCH HR SHR Wolf Creeks Ebonstar Coach

Coach is a black Labrador male who weighs about 65 lb. He earned his Started and Hunting Retriever titles in 7 straight passes, and titled as Hunting Retriever Champion title passing 6 of 8 tests. Coach also completed an UH test earlier this spring and as well as 2 JH tests in the past. In the 07/08 hunting season, Coach did a super job and retrieved many of our pheasants and ducks. High prey drive, great hunting pattern in the upland fields. He is OFA Good, Elbows normal, and eyes are CERF'd.

Dam: Shiloh's Jody

Jody is a very nice, yellow female who is a great companion around the home and is even better with her pups. She loves to retrieve ducks, chase blue-herons off the pond, and will swim for hours in it on hot summer days. Jody was our first lab and was not trained well when she was young, but her pups are showing all the potentual that she would have had and more. The pups are very easy to train, have super noses, and marking is one of their strongest points. They are also the kind of dogs that you can let your kids take out in the yard and spend the afternoon with. Jody is OFA excellent, and has a really nice show/hunt test titled pedigree.
