This is a threepeat breeding as the last litters made for the happiest puppy owners I have ever had and I consider this pairing the most successful breeding I have ever had. They are extremely birdy and easy to train and were all retrieving like crazy right from the beginning.    Sire is Top Guns Heart of a lion SH (Cougar). Cougar is sired by FC AFC Rebel With a Cause and his mother is out of  2xNAFC FC Candlewoods Ramblin Man and has an excellent pedigree beyond that.  Please see out website for full pedigree. Cougar has went through the Junior and Senior hunt tests with ease, He is currently an AKC Senior Hunter With 2 Master passes and will be working toward finishing his Master Hunter title in spring 2013 Along with pursuing his Field Trial career. Although Cougar has many excellent traits he is truly the best marking dog I have ever owned and I am extremely excited to run him in field trials. At only 4 years old he already has multiple titled offspring and has proven to be an excellent producer.  His health clearances are HIPs-OFA-Good, Eyes-CERF- Clear, Elbows-OFA –Normal, EIC- Clear, CNM- Clear.

    Dam is Houstons Steel Lucille SH (Lucy). Lucy has an excellent pedigree as well with 3 out of 4 of her grandparents being Master hunters as well as many NAHRA titles and FC and AFC's. Lucy is an excellent dog to have in our home and is truly a member of the family. Lucy's traits that stick out the most are her nose and her obedience. She has a nose like no other dog I have ever seen and can cold trail like nobodys business. As far as obedience she has always had an eagerness to please and would never do anything if she thought it might upset you, this trait has made her a lot of fun to run in the hunt tests. Lucy currently has 3 Master passes and will continue to work on her Master Hunter title in spring 2013. Her health clearances are Hips-OFA-Good, Eyes-CERF- Clear, CNM-Clear.
