This litter is out of our male dog 4x Am. Field Ch/RU Ch/NGDC/NAGDC/FC/AFC Peter Gunn (Pete), pictured above, and our female Gambler's Blazin Chick (Judi). The puppies will be registered through AKC (American Kennel Club). Only orange and white puppies will be expected from this premium breeding.

The sire of this litter, NGDC/NAGDC/FC/AFC Peter Gunn has made Brittany history as being the only dog to hold both the National Open Gun-Dog Championship and National Amateur Gun-Dog Championship titles which he obtained at the 2009 American Brittany Club National Gun Dog Championship. Pete is the reigning 2012 Tri-Tronics Dog of the year for being the #1 shooting dog in the USA in hour long competition stakes. He is also the reigning 2012 International Brittany Shooting Dog Champion and the 2012 International Brittany All-Age RU Champion. In 2011 he bested the field at the Southeastern Continental Breed Shooting Dog Championship - he is only the second Brittany to ever win this championship. He was also awarded the 2010 Magnum's Masked Man award for having the highest amount of gun dog field trial wins/points of any dog in the country. Pete is dually registered with American Field/Field Dog Stud Book and has won four American Field championship titles therefore further making him a 4x American Field Champion as well. Also, early in his career he also had several NSTRA wins to add to his belt. NGDC/NAGDC/FC/AFC Peter Gunn is one of the most talented and decorated, well rounded bird-dogs the Brittany Breed has to offer with an outstanding lineage of highly talented and proven dogs. Pete's sire is NAFC/FC/AFC Walker's Gunner who was the 1997 National Amateur All Age Champion who also sired NGDC/FC Last Dixie Chick. NAFC/FC/AFC Walker's Gunner is a full littermate to 2002 National Amateur All-Age Champion NAFC/FC/AFC Pistol Pack'n Walker. Pete's dam is AFC Bullet's Renegade Miss Megan - our foundation female who is a strong hunter and qualified for the 2007 and 2008 National Amateur Gun Dog Championships. Megan's sire is Brittany Hall of Fame inductee 32x NSTRA Champion Nolan's Last Bullet who has more NSTRA wins than any dog of any breed in the history of NSTRA. Judi's sire is Brittany Hall of Fame inductee NFC/DC/AFC Gambler's Ace in the Hole and is out of an A.I. daugher of Brittany Hall of Fame inductee NFC/FC/AFC Bean's Blaze and Brittany Hall of Fame inductee FC/AFC Shady's Chik-N-Little, the dam of fine dogs such as NFC/DC/AFC Shady's Tia Maria. Judi's Sire NFC/DC/AFC Gambler's Ace in the Hole was inducted into the American Brittany Club Hall of Fame in 2007. He has a long list of accomplishments which include being named the 1998 National All-Age Champion and being named the 1999 Iam's Dog of the Year. He is also a 9x American Field Champion and 6x American Field Champion Runner Up in addition to being a conformation show champion. He currently holds second place in the history of the Brittany breed for All-Age 1 hour placements (32 total).

We have planned this exceptionally well breed litter with expectations of producing puppies of dual quality as conformation as well as sensibility and trainability is highly heritable. Several puppies from this repeat breeding are currently in competition in both show and field with wins. The puppies are also expected to be superior hunters due to Pete and Judi's proven ability. These are expected to be one of a kind puppies with bloodlines that promote a sound, reasonable, and trainable attitude and disposition for any degree of activity ranging from a hunting partner to jogging partner to couch potato. In addition this is a line breeding of one of the most sucessful lines of field trial dogs/hunters in the Brittany breed - NFC/FC/AFC Bean's Blaze and DC Scipio's Little Chick, both of which have been inducted into the Brittany Hall of Fame.
