English Pointer litter arrived July 6, 2012. Will be ready to leave August 24. 2012. These pups should make great family pets as well as upland bird dogs and or field trial prospects. Parents are both finished bird dogs with a superb amount of drive in the field and will hunt all day in any cover. I will start these on pheasant wings at 4-5 wk's old and will be introduced to live birds 6 wk's old. I will run them in the field with cover daily and expose them to water, other dogs, people, kids, and different surroundings to make a more confident and well rounded pup. Pups are pictured below showing both sides and labeled by the color of their collar and color of coat.

Check out a pup from a past breeding from this same pair. Pup was pointing at 7 weeks old. She is pictured at the bottom of this page. We took her with us last fall on a hunting trip to S. Dakota with the parents just to get her used to traveling and kept her at a distance in the dog box to get her used to gun fire at a distance, needless to say she ended up hunting with us! This was not our "plan" but it sure was hers. She kept up with the parents and even held points, backed, and retrieved birds. We usually don't shoot over the pups till 6 months old but she was an exception!

We have followed up with previous puppy buyers on this pair, hunted along side some of them, and you can't beat this breeding. If you are looking for a bird dog you want to "brag to your buddies" this litter is the one.
