I have to say that I'm very impressed with the breed and with Judy's dogs in particular. As a devoted GSP owner, working with IRWSs has been an interesting & rewarding experience - they have a much different temperament than GSPS - but these dogs can definitely hunt! I'm impressed with their noses and pointing style. And they are "truly Irish" in their demeanor - very happy & devoted. I would strongly recommend that anybody wishing to know more about the breed to work directly with Judy & go see her dogs in action. She's working hard to prove that IRWSs can do it all - both in the show ring & in the field. Keep up the great work, Judy! |
