I am a small breeder with just a few well loved canine companions. The pups are all in the home. Currently I have 5 adult pups residing with us. We borrow space from them. They are my life. One of the adult pups is my personal service dog while I have also bred and raised a few others she is by my side at all times. My intent when I breed is to find two dogs who's personality and drive to please match well. I need this in order to find good service dog canidates as well as sound hunters in each litter.

The puppies are raised right in the home so when I say family raised I mean it. I don't believe in outdoor kennels or puppy sheds. I feel that this disconection prevents the proper socialization needed in raising a well rounded puppy. I take the pups out from just days old on car rides and even strolls through public places. All of this early imprinting aids in the development of a well rounded and well adjusted puppy. I am in the puppy pen sleeping with them from the moment they are whelped and then move to the bedroom with us after a week of age at night. The pups start potty training by 4-5 weeks of age. Introduction to live birds, when available, and wings which also helps to imprint.

If you are looking for a puppy to add to your family that is already started in birds, obedience, and house training we are your family. We have been many times asked how we are able to give up our babies and all I reply is, " the face you have. I remember the feelings I had when I picked up my new baby" and once the family leaves I cry not for the puppy but for the joy that I know this pup is going to bring to the family.

This is the second pup that we have recieved. The first was Chrystal who came back to them and when my Husband saw her he fell in love with her and she has since been on the road trucking with her. She has lots of travel miles under her collar. If you see her stop and say Hi. She is an adorable yellow lab with a darker yellow birth mark on her neck.

I have recently came back and will be taking home soon (july 12th, 2008) Little Rain Drop from Roo X Sammy breeding. She is a fiesty little peanut. With all the work that they have put into her she is able to follow the comands come, sit and off. She is also nearly potty trained and I already have a dog door she will be able to use right away. She is just 7 weeks old and is an amazing pup already.
