She is such an amazing girl. She is super smart, she passed all 3 levels of her obedience classes in less than 2 months and received her Canine Good Citizen award at only 6 months old. She is so sweet and good natured. Even though I don't hunt, I'm positive she would make an excellent bird dog. I've even caught her pointing at birds standing on her back legs. She is a nice size, 40 lbs at 10 months old. I just can't say enough great things about her. Submitted by: Greg Van Scott on Oct 29, 2012 Great to deal with. These dogs are the real deal. Grouse hunting is in the breeding. I got a pup from the 2012 litter and could not be happier. With some limited work, in 7 months the dog would point and hold planted birds, could be shot over, whoa broke, collar conditioned...just a great intelligent gundog. First time out on wild birds at 8 months pointed 2 grouse. I just couldn't ask for more. Big thanks to Sammy on this one. |
