Burns Labs - Texas Labrador Retriever Breeders

Litter of Labrador Retrievers whelped March 2, 2013 (Texas Independence Day). We have available 6 black labs/gundogs (out of a total of 11 puppies in the litter). 2 males and 4 females (these puppies are entirely black, no white). This litter has been registered with the AKC. The puppies have had their dewclaws removed and, prior to delivery to their new owners, will have the proper deworming, vaccinations and microchips. Dam is Rudi Jo's Livin' the Dream (Black). Sire is Riggs XXXVII (Yellow). Both of the parent dogs have excellent pedigrees with many Field Champions, Master Hunters and Hall of Fame dogs behind them from distinguished kennels such as Marks-A-Lot, Watermark, Chena River, Moccasin Creek, Candlewood, Trumarc and others. Riggs is out of Watermarks The Boss' Journey and Itty Chitty Bang Bang. Rudi is out of Sir Joe Bill and Artemis Dreamer. Both Rudi and Riggs are trained retrievers. Both dogs have wonderful, sweet temperaments. Huntinglabpedigree.com is a great resource for pedigree information and most of the dogs in the parents' background are listed on that website.

The litter is being house reared and the puppies will be well socialized. These puppies will be ready to go their new homes April 27, 2013. Pedigrees and pics will be made available upon request. The price is $600 per puppy. We are taking deposits of $200 pending final payment and delivery of the puppy. If you decide for whatever reason that you cannot take the puppy, we will refund your deposit in whole. We are in Cypress, Texas. We will not ship puppies – you must come in person to pick up.
