I have hunted wild quail, grouse, woodcock,  pheasant, huns, and sharptails for over 50 years.  I have seriously participated in walking field trials for over 15 years.  My main goal is to select the best females and breed them to the top stud dogs around the country.  I usually raise one litter from a proven female each year.  A proven female is one that is selected AFTER being hunted at least 20 days each season AND having  numerous walking shooting dog field trial wins.  My best bitches at the present time are Elhew/ Miller crosses.  I also have started or broke (steady to wing and shot) dogs for sale from time to time..  I want all my dogs to back and retrieve if they are going to be hunted.
