BriarField - Tennessee German Shorthaired Pointer Breeders

We are a small family kennel located in the TN mountains, blessed with 1,000's of acres to train for upland and waterfowl work. Our dogs participate in AKC and NAVHDA events, but more importantly they hunt with us. We strive for dual quality dogs that look good and have the form to both be competative and hunt hard. Drive, desire, beauty, versatility and tons of natural instinct are the traits that first attracted us to the German Shorthaired Pointer and though we breed only every few years, we strive to improve upon these amazing qualities that make the GSP such a great hunter.
