About Chantant Epagneul Breton K-3 Kennels
I started training English Springer Spaniels with a dog breeder/trainer/trailer in northern Colorado in 1994. I have continued to train my dogs since that time. We had four litters of puppies in the last 5 years. I never had any interest in doing anything but hunting. However I have been field trialing for the last 7 years. The best French Brittany I have ever owned was neutered at a young age and I always regretted that decision. We hunted English Springer Spaniels before owning our first French Brittany in 1997. Since that time we have owned approximately 30 French Brittanys (including our litters). After retiring the first time I started hunting much more and field trialing around the country. All of our breeding dogs are OFA hip rated. I am currently President of the Regional Northern Plains Epagneul Breton Gun Dog Club in South Dakota and also the Treasurer of the National Organization Club De l'Epagneul Breton of the United States. The reason for selling most of our dogs is to retire and move out of state. Our new home will not allow for more than a couple dogs.

Norman and Judy couldn’t have been more helpful or open with us as we got Nitro. I don’t feel like we just bought a dog but like we made new friends. We got Nitro a little late in life (four months old) and he found and pointed three quail the day we picked him up. He has a great disposition and has quickly become one of the family. I would highly recommend Norman if you are looking for a French Brittany pup.

I purchased a male pup from his first litter. It's been the best decision I've ever made in my life. Marc and I hunted 67 days together before he was a year old.. We downed over 200 wild (pheasant/hun/sharptail) birds all on point. I saw well over a thousand points before he was a year old! The talent at this dog has is incredible. I can't wait to buy another one. Blood lines matter gents. Norman Pope is a passionate breeder that I will do business with again. 5 stars and a tip of the hat to you Norm! Well done!

Norman and Judy are great people and as honest as they come ! I bred one of my females with there stud dog Buddy last year and had a large litter of beautiful healthy pups. I would use Buddy agin in a heart beat . Chantant buys and sells proven dogs and Norm goes out of his way to make sure that the puppies he's selling are a notch above. .
