Wyngold Brittanys has focused on performance Brittanys of both American and French imported lines for the foot hunter.

Our dogs are represented around the world as gun dogs and competition dogs truely fitting the breeds motto: DUAL QUALITY FOR FIELD & SHOW.

On average we have 2 litters a year (1American Brittany/1French Brittany), with started dogs occasionally available. we try to fit the dog with the right home and situation. Preferance is given to homes that will hunt and or allow the dogs to do what they are bred to do, and make the dogs part of the family not kennel dogs or puppy producers. All stock are health screened and evaluated on performance abilities prior to breeding; we offer a written warrantee on all pups placed with regards to health and genetic defects. We have bred or co-bred Champions and Working dogs represented in these countries in both American and French lines: USA, Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, Chile, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia; and the Best Female of the 2007 FCI World Show was one of ours.

It has been just a year since Ky arrived in Hawaii. This Veterens weekend we had a great 3 days. If it were not for Ky's excellent nose and retrieve I am sure we would not have found all of our birds this weekend. At 18 months he is excellent on Gambels & Erkels, I can now tell when he is scenting Pheasants and Chukar. I am really happy with him. He handles Mauna Kea well and he fits your "Happy Hunter" description...

As experienced Brittany breeders and gundog field trial competitiors and judges in New Zealand, we approached Goldie Coats of Wyngold Brittany Kennel Oregon, USA for a male puppy to compliment our breeding programme.
"Moss" arrived in July 2010 and has answered all our requirements. We are delighted with him in all ways, as are the show judges from New Zealand and Australia who awarded him consecutive show points and confirmed his NEW ZEALAND CHAMPION title. In doing so, Moss is the FIRST Black tricolour champion of the breed in his adopted country.
We are now eagerly progressing with training for field work and gundog field trial competitions.
Hip scoring is also to come in anticipation of a successful stud career at our kennel.

Goldie was amazing. Overall our experience was a 5/5. Goldie allowed us to meet our new pup's parents, check out the operation, etc. Best of all, she has made herself readily available for any questions which have come up in our first weeks with the pup.

Our puppy is assertive, bold, intelligent, healthy and very well socialized. I expect him to make an excellent companion on long backpacking trips, ski trips and bike rides.
