Duckworth Retrievers is primarily a training facility that occasionally offers a high quality litter. Only Field Champion/Amatuer Field Champion sires are used and all pups are tested for CNM and EIC.
We specialize in hunting dogs and hunt test dogs. We also have started dogs for the discriminating sportsman.

I got a 5 month old male lab from Duckworth in the winter of 2000. "Doc" was an amazing and fun puppy, full of drive and lust for the retrieve and eager to please. Full of personality. He went on to be a hunting star in our TV show on multiple national channels in the US and in Canada retrieving hundreds of pheasants, ducks, and geese in many states and provinces. As much of a driven dog that Doc was, he had an off switch in the house and was the most pleasant and loving dog inside a home I have ever had. He lived almost 14 years of a healthy life and sired a couple amazing litters full of Hunt Test and Field Trial winners. I miss him every day!

I've had absolutely the best hunting and family relationship with " dancer " my 7 year old lab - bred and started by Lynn at duckworth kennels. Dancer and I are avid duck and pheasant hunters and her training shows as she outclasses all the other dogs we hunt with. Lynn should be commended for his training expertise not Seal Rock, Or.only hunting skills but also the social skills he instills in his dogs - Dancer is definitely a big part of our family.
