We purchased Merlin in 2012. A gorgeous black. He is my favorite of all the land I have had the pleasure of having. Smart, well behaved, lovable affectionate, I could go on. I would recommend Ed to anyone looking for a lab!

Purchased my second dog from Ed one year ago. First one was great, one of the best dogs that I have owned. I use him for upland and my brother called him the "Wonder Dog". He is getting older now, so I was pleased to see that Ed had a litter available. The new guy is almost a year old and is even smarter that his "brother". Can't wait to get him in the field.

In March I purchased one of Ed Swan's puppies. We saw the pups at 4 weeks and made our selection at 7 weeks. Swan's Magis Merlin is a male out of Maya and Duke. He is well on the way to being the best and smartest Lab I've had. He was completely house trained by 4 months, no longer crated at 6 months. Walks well on a lead and is already getting in volved in searching on command. He is bright eyed and healthy and 80lbs at 9 months.
