I picked up Dutch the day I returned from a deployment to Iraq (end of Aug 2006). He was twelve weeks old. At 16 weeks with no formal training he made his first retrieve. A week and a half later he made his first solo point while hunting. He was and still is a natural now with 7 successful seasons under his belt. In 2008 he was introduced to my newborn daughter, he is her friend and protector. If you are looking for the perfect combination of family pet and hunting companion I can highly recommend Omega!

My brittany is 15 months old and is everything I could have hoped for. I worked with her during the summer doing basic commands and with wings .Took her to the UP of Michigan where she worked with a couple of older dogs, and she did very well on woodcock and grouse. Back home in Pa we hunted at least a couple of hours nearly every day of our small game season. For a "pup" she did very well. She has a good nose and points well. She is close ranging and a good hunter. I am already looking forward to next season. I failed to mention that she is a house dog. Great with the whole family. Thanks to the Howes for breeding such wonderful dogs. Dennis N
