About Big Sky ChesapeakesLocated in Missoula, Montana; We are happy to offer beautiful Chesapeake Bay Retrievers to people looking for loyal, hard working family dogs. Chesapeakes are known for their waterfowl hunting skills, and the ability to swim in cold temperature waters. For home protection a Chesapeake is second to none. In addition, Chesapeakes are very family oriented dogs, they tend not to stray or leave the yard/house and are generally very kind to children. Chessies love the outdoors and enjoy working for thier owners whether out in the field or at home. We have one breeding pair of dogs which are both deadgrass color. Our Sire is a big chessie named Trigger and our Dam is a sweet , lovable and birdie Honey. We also offer stud services if you are looking to have your dog bred by an AKC certified stud. Both dogs come from strong hunting lines and make great pets. We are planning a new litter in the summer of 2010. We will update the site as soon as the litter is here!
