About MoArk kennels

Thank you for visiting MoArk Kennels. Located in Southwest Missouri. Here at MoArk Kennels we train all pointing breeds. Our priority is developing young dogs into great bird dogs. We believe in quality over quantity. We believe in developing the dog's natural instincts. Our faculty is able to develop your gun dog into a trailing dog or a hunting companion.

Our Primary goals in breeding, is breeding for natural abilities. Here at MoArk Kennels we breed English Pointer and German Shorthair Pointers. Our shorthair breeding consist of, Dixieland and Moesgaard bloodlines. They are all natural and develop quickly into great gun dogs. Our English Pointers consist of, Elphew and Miller bloodlines. These two bloodlines bring style and great athletic ability to our gun dogs.

I just want to take my hats off to MoArk Kennels on the training of my pointer Katie. When i sent Katie to MoArk Kennels for training, i didnt think there was any help for her. She flash pointed birds and took them out before i could get to the birds to flush. If i shot a bird she wouldn't bring it back to me. She was very stubborn and hard headed but strong driven dog. I contacted the kennel and told them i had a problem with my pointer. Justin and Eddie guaranteed that in two months or less they would straighten her out. I was like okay whatever you say. 6 weeks later the kennel called and told me my dog was ready to go home. I picked her up and had a trial i entered her in the following saturday. She pointed a bird in less than a minute and i was like oh no she about to take the bird out. I was positive she was. But to my surprise she held the bird until i got there to flush it up. The bird was shot and she picked it up and brought it back. Listened
to every command that was given her. I also must mention she even backs clear across the field. I am very impressed with MoArk kennels in the training of my Honky Tonk Attitude decendant. She has won a Derby trial and looking forward to enetering her in NSTRA trial here shortly. Way to go MoArk Kennels. These guys are excellent at what they do. Bringing out the true CHAMPION in a dog.
