Submitted by: Doug Nishimura on Aug 05, 2010A few weeks ago we brought home our second Vizsla from Albinís Vizslas and could not be happier with our selection of the little girl. Our male now almost three is a great companion and the definition of the versatile vizsla: a housedog, a field dog, a running companion.
When were looking for our first family pet, a friend mentioned a Vizsla knowing nothing about the breed or breeders. After a quick web search, I call the closest one to me. We were extremely lucky it was Rodney and Anne (Albin's Vizslas). Not only do they take great pride and dedication in the breed through their affiliation with many of the regional Vizsla clubs and careful selection of the bloodlines they choose to use. They are more than willing to offer their support from basic house training and food to advanced field training
Rodney and Anne are outstanding people and set a very high standard on what a gun dog breeder should be and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality Vizsla!
Submitted by: John B Greenwell on Jul 28, 2010We purchased what I consider to be the world's best Vizsla from Albin's Vizslas. When we first met the Albins to look at the puppies, I wasn't too impressed; all puppies are cute, but, then Rodney let the adult Vizslas loose. I couldn't hand over the deposit quick enough. As new Vizsla parents, the Albins were only a phone call away. In fact, when Willie needed surgery, Anne Albin accompanied us on the day of surgery and went back with my wife the next day to pick him up. Rodney campaigned my boy Willie successfully completing his JH. The Albins are the real deal. There is no need to go any further when looking for a puppy. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions you may have. My boy Willie is the pick of the litter as far as I'm concerned!
Submitted by: Mark Sullivan on Jul 28, 2010I got my first Vizsla (Daisy) approximately 11 years ago and when it came time to get our second we did extensive research before settling on a pup from Rodney Albin.
Our Jasmine is now almost three (3) and has a tremendously friendly personality. When not hunting she can be found curled up next to us on the couch or swimming with the kids at the lake. In the field she is one of the best Vizslas I have seen with tremendous bird drive and stamina. In short she is a poster child for a dual purpose dog and we couldn't be happier.
While we love Jasmine and think she has been a great fit for our family we can't say enough about how supportive Rodney and Ann have been with us. They have patiently answered every question, given endless hours of training support etc. If you call them they are always their to help or encourage. Rodney is also active in supporting the breed by his involvement in various Vizsla club activities.
If you are someone who wants a great Vizsla and the long term support of a knowledgeable breeder you can't go wrong with getting a pup from Rodney and Ann Albin.
