About Foresters Boykins

We have owned Boykins for 11 years. They are great hunting partners and great pets. In the past we have owned some very good Labs, but by far the Boykins are a favorite for me & my family. If anyone is looking for a hunting dog or a great pet, try a Boykin. Not knocking a Lab at all, everyone knows they are smart dogs but to the ones that have owned one knows they can be hard headed and seem to get better around 3 years of age.
