Winans Setters - Minnesota English Setter Breeders

Winan's Kennel started 5 years ago with our 1st English Setter..Winan's Hurricane Katrina. Her mom is Killions Diamond Kate (her 1/2 brother is Second Chance Scooby) and father Tomoka's Smokin Pete.  We breed her to Blue Wind in 2008 whose father is Pennstar and Mother is Blue Blossom.  We have kept several of these outstanding pups.  These dogs possess the finest genetic qualities essential to the improvement of the breed.  They have 5 of the National Shoot to Retrieve Hall of Fame English Setters in their backgrounds, Tomoka's Smoking Mike, Tomoka's Smoking Sadie,  Pete's Second Chance, Tricky Dick Jim and Tricky Dick 

Some of the great English Setters Champions in their background include Tekoa Mountain Sunrise, See Johnny Run, Hamilton's Blue Diamond, Tomoka's Smoking Sadie, Pennstar, Northern Anndee, Trails End Tomoka and Tricky Dick to list a few. 

We have 1 of these superior males at stud $500.00 (Winan's Blue Bandit).  We also have a female (Winans Gypsy's Diamond) from that litter, both have been professionally started and are being offered for stud and sale.

Winans Setter Kennel is operated by Amy and Luke Winans and their 3 children.  We have pups and started dogs for sale.
