Stony Brook Kennels - Minnesota Labrador Retriever Breeders

Our focus is, as it always has been, to own, breed and train high quality field bred Labrador Retrievers for in the field and in the home. We typically raise just one litter per year. Our dogs are used extensively for both waterfowl and upland hunting as well as participating in AKC and NAHRA field tests. Travis is an active member in many dog clubs along with serving as both a NAHRA and AKC judge, judging numerous tests per year. Travis is also an approved NAHRA Judging Seminar Presenter. In 2007, Travis was honored to be asked to judge the National Curly Coat Retriever Specialty and in 2008 was very honored to judge the MN Master Championship. We feel this experience is very useful in establishing high expectations of a true high quality Labrador.

All of our breeding stock have all health clearances, field test titles and are great family companions.
