ANNAPOLIS/NAPTOWN LABS - Maryland Labrador Retriever Breeders

We are a small husband and wife breeding team. About 20 years ago we took in a pure bred Lab, Ringo, from the local chapter of Lab Rescue. Ringo was from the show ring background. At two years old he started having seizures; with intense medication he lasted until age 7. At that time we got into breeding and promised ourselves that we would never, ever, breed for any physical feature. We don't inbreed or line breed; there is never any consideration for size, color, etc. As time went by we learned to test for EIC & CNM in addition to OFA tests. Beginning five litters ago we started with the US Army "Super Dog" program; followed by intense socialization. Our pups are hand raised in our home. We breed from accomplished hunt test dogs but our pups make fantastic pet/companion dogs. REFERENCES AVAILABLE. See our website for att'l information. Call me at any time.
