Submitted by: Scott on Jan 05, 2015I bought Sophie, as a started dog, from Todd this past summer. She is 2 yrs old now. The first that that stood out about Sophie was her temperament. She is the kind of dog everyone should have. Full of energy and raring to go but perfectly content to climb up in your lap. I have had several German Shorthairs and her desire to please is second only to her to desire to find birds. I've had her out several times on Pheasant and Quail and her nose is excellent, while still young, she has tons of ability and does an excellent job. I'm very pleased with her and when I have had questions Todd is always willing to help. I would not hesitate to purchase another hunting companion from Todd in the future.
Submitted by: Dennis on Jun 13, 2012I purchased "Maggie" from Todd Jan 2011. When I contacted him he had two pups left a male and a female.I drove out to look and maybe bring her home. I was a little skeptical because she looked plain with all white body and liver head. WHY DID I EVER HAVE ANY WORRIES I have found the true meaning of beauty is only skin deep. Anyways, Maggie settled in at her new home and quickly became attached. This pup has got more energy and stamina than most dogs I have hunted around. Mild mannered, obedient, and got a nose like nothing else. In short If I had room in the kennel I bring another home. Thanks for reading my rather long post. Dennis R
