I told my wife I was going to pass and not take one but she is more partial to yellow and kept insisting that we take one. My friend said it was the bloodline that I wanted and not to worry about the color. I went and looked at them and picked out the largest yellow lab they had and brought him home. This is our Weiser.

He is the smartest Lab I have ever had and a pleaser also. When it came time to train him for duck hunting, I didn't have to teach him a thing, he was a natural. He is all business when it comes to hunting or retrieving. He is the best working dog I have ever had and yet lays by me at night to watch movies. He is my best friend and I am so glad he has come into our lives. This is how we got started in our Labs. I have brought the best bloodline's possible to Southeast Iowa. We now have 3 males and 6 females all from various parts of the states, including Tennessee, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Michigan, Long Island, N.Y. and Kentucky.
