Thursday it was confirmed that my female CH Snip's Bring It On Brandi NAVHDA UT2
is indeed carrying pups by DC Gamble's Sam Man MH UT1 (2013 Invitational qualified)
. The veterinarian saw at least 6 pups via ultrasound, and there may be more. Brandi's mom is known for litters of 12. Brandi is due mid-May. I have 4 female deposits and 1 male currently. I will accept 3 more male deposits, as well as a waiting list. Pups are priced at $800, including a $100 deposit, refundable if we cannot provide the proper gender.

This breeding should produce some super nice shorthairs. Their pedigrees document a history of achievement, with Dual Champions (Field Trials & Show), NSTRA Champions, NAVHDA Utility prized dogs, HOF, and Hunt Test titled dogs. Both Sam and Brandi are products of Walnut Hill Kennel's breeding, with a doubling up on NSTRA Ch DC AFC Gamble's Odyssey Fritz MH UT2
. Sam is very accomplished, having proven himself in the field, show ring, and versatile venue. Brandi is accomplished in her own right, having been owner handled successfully in the show ring and NAVHDA. I will continue with her in NAVHDA, HTs and possibly dabble in FTs. She is also a cracking good wild bird dog, that is fun to follow, and flat out produces pheasants. Both Sam and Brandi have style to spare. This was not a paper only breeding, as I have been in the show ring with Sam, watched him train at WHK, and watched him at the 2012 NAVHDA Invitational. I've witnessed his conformation, run, desire, point, waterwork, etc first hand.
Brandi is from a mating that has produced success. FC/AFC Snips Sixth-Sense Wyatt MH
is one, recently being announced as 2012 GSPCA Open Gun Dog Of The Year. viewtopic.php?f=79&t=41078
Another brother, CH Snip's Cowboy Way SH
, is on his way towards his FC and DC title.
