Bannfshire Gordons are intense and highly instinctual gundogs in the field. Their deeply bred instincts make it easy for even a novice gundog owner to succeed in the field.

Our dogs have successfully competed and earned titles and placements in hunt tests, field trials, obedience and conformation dog shows. But none of that compares to the places they obtain in our hearts as companion gundogs and family members.

I am currently planning my fall 2010 litter, please contact me and take a look at the website for upcoming changes. (nature didnt cooperate for a spring litter !)

I currently have 1 started male puppy "Hardley" born 10-12-09 available. He is pointing intensely and his retrieving instinct is phenominal . He has great conformation, intellegence & personality! This is a Gordon Setter that has potential to excell in any venue you choose !

I have a young male Gordon I purchased from Ron
several months back. He is the most birdy dog
I've every owned, and he is smart and tough. I've
raised and do raise dogs most of my 67 yrs. which
included GSP's, English Pointers, Old English Mastiffs, and Hounds, ect..

I must compliment Ron on his breeding, and his
service. Both are well past all that is required
to be a good breeder. The dog I have is probably
the only hunting dog I've owned in years that I'd
also consider as a household pet.

i had ron purchase for me a gordon , from someone south of the border and had ron do a few months work with him, ron did not perform miracles but did train the dog in the way i wanted, he did not exagerate on the dogs progress or ability but was honest from start to end, a rare quality in the world of dogs, if i was going to have someone i never ever met train another dog for me i would have no hesitation having ron cross do it.

I had Ron train my GSP and he did a great job.He did two and half months of train with her and she turn out great.He did alot better then i expected.She is 7 month old puppy as of december 2008 and he did such a great job with her.In the near furture i plan on using Ron again.Also he is very nice guy and will take time to answer your question and help you out with any problems that might come about.Thank you Ron for great job you did you should be very proud.
