We had purchased Chewy from the Wynsma's back in July of 2014. He was the runt of the litter and they informed us he was the favorite of all who saw the puppies. We have 4 boys ranging in ages 5 to 13 and what a great fit Chewy has added to our family! He is so docile and laid back, just what we wanted in a dog. John took him out pheasant hunting for the first time this past Saturday and everyone couldn't believe how well behaved and pointed out pheasants. I want to thank the Wynsma family for breeding such great dogs!

Just wanted everyone to know that Sage from the 2/15/12 litter scored a prize 1 (112 points) on her NA test this past spring! We are totally new to all of this... But Sage is born for the field and wants to please! She is the most amazing dog.. And we owe a huge thank you to her breeders!

We absolutely love our Millie! She is part of the 2/15/12 litter and has been a wonderful addition to our family! Our six year old son really adores her and they are best buddies! She is so sweet and loving and we can't imagine life without her. She runs with me everyday and is not happy if I don't take her in the morning. She just came back from her 2nd bird training session at the Black Creek Training facility in the Grand Haven area and the trainer is very impressed with her nose. She went hunting in the spring with two very experienced dogs and actually honored their points. My husband is so happy with her progress in the field! He really looks forward to getting her out this fall and he thinks that she is definitely ready to go. When it comes to her desire to hunt, he gives her a 10. We are really in love with this breed because they are not only great hunters, but are amazing family dogs too! I am trying to convince my husband to get another one, so keep us in mind when Roxy and Gauge have another litter.

I picked up Kinnick from Al and his family 4/15/2012. From that day forward we have been blessed with his presence. Hands down the best dog I have ever had. Amazing with the family (Kids ranaging from 1month - 12yrs), Accepting of other dogs, Great in the house (he is like a bear rug that licks), and an absolute beast in the field. He had his first season last year here in Iowa. Him and I limited out day one and there was no looking back from there. In total, he has 52 Pheasant to his finding. Strong Drive, Point and Retrieve. He will be conducting his NA here in June and we will continue to develop him in the field. Hands down Gage and Roxy produce some beautiful, friendly, smart, hard hunting pups that you will love to have in your family. I have owned German Wirehair, Britts, Springers and have hunted behind many other breeds. I will never have another breed than a Griff and I hope that Kinnick is with us for a long time. Thank you Al and Family for everything and I wish you the best. (Anyone looking for a referal for this breeder feel free to email me krislogue@yahoo.com or call 515-745-0250) You can't go wrong with this breeder..

From the very first phone call, I knew we had found the right people/breeders! Super nice people with great dogs! Sage (our pup from last spring) is amazing! She is WONDERFUL with our small children and shows true promise in the field with us as beginners and even with our more seasoned hunting buddies... She aims to please! Sage has been very easy to train, sweet, and most importantly maintains a clean bill of health!
