About Dogwood Bird Dogs
Our kennel was founded in 2003, we are located in Northwest Indiana just hours away from some of the best grouse hunting in Michigan. Our breeding program is based on the genectics of our grouse champion "Cant Go Wrong" and his ancestors. Lucky has proven himself in the clear cuts of Michigan to the pole timber of Pennslyvania. From the mountainous terrain in Spokane to the Northeast his pups are showing the style and desire it takes to become wild bird finders. We were blessed with Lucky and excited to hunt over his pups, our breeding has been proven over the last few years with happy owners and field trial placements from his offspring.
Our goal is to contribute to the genetics of the English Setter, producing wild bird finders with style, class and desire to hunt that extra mile. Our kennel offers English Setter puppies, occasional started dogs, and stud service. Visit us today to view pictures and pedigrees. You just might find your next hunting partner or field trial dog!

Submitted by: Joe Culbertson on Feb 25, 2012I met with, and was demonstrated a "started" female. This little dog was awesome from the get go, and she hasn't slowed down. She can do it all herself, and has proven herself over and over. Obvious from good breeding, she's a natural. I highly recommend Dogwood Bird Dogs.
