Rijeka Vizslas - Illinois Vizsla Breeders

Rijeka vizslas has puppies available occasionally.  When breeding we consider health, temperament, hunting instinct and structure to be priorities.  We also carefully chose sires and dams that have exhibited their excellence in both field and conformation venues, so our puppies will demonstrate proper structure and field drive.

Our Una (Ch. Topstock Opening Belle JH) is CHIC registered passing her health tests with excellent hips, elbows, eyes, heart, and thyroid.  Her sire is MBISS GCH DC AFC Snowridge Gunfire Flynn MH AOM GCG.  Flynn was a Top Ten Gun Dog in 2006, Ohio Derby Dog 2004, Ohio Gun Dog 2006, and won the All Star Review at the Vizsla Nationals in 2007.  There are four generations of dual champions, field champions, amateur field champions and show champions behind Una.  Una is a natural on birds and obtained her JH with ease and 9s and 10s on the score card.  She is a natural backer and loves retrieving even from water.  We're currently working on steadying her for Senior and Master Hunter tests.

Our litters are registered with the American Kennel Club.  A non-refundable deposit is required and will be deducted from the price of your puppy to be placed on a waiting list.

Our puppies come from parents that have had their hips examined as non-dysplastic and registered with the Orthapedic Foundation for Animals (www.offa.org).  All puppies are sent to their new home with current shots, wormed and a vaccination schedule.  Not to mention a lifetime of support from Rijeka vizslas.
