Mountain Valley has been there for us all the way. Submitted by: Roger & Pam Rehurek on Sep 02, 2010 I'm an outfitter in Ft Smith Mt. My dog Norton is 5 years old. He is on the river with me every day. EVERYBODY loves this dog. He is gentle, quite, affectionate, and always happy. I hunt upland birds with him all fall and winter. This is the best breed bird dog I've ever had the pleasure of walking behind. He has a great nose, boundless energy and the most amazing instinctive ability I've ever seen. We hunt a lot of cattail swamps on the river bottem. I can send him into the cattails and he won't come out until he is called or runs out of ground to work. I.m not a dog trainer and didn't need to be with him. He was ready to go right out of the "box". A few simple commands and his genetics are all that was needed. Always remember "life's too short to hunt with an ugly dog". |
