I am lucky enough to own one of Steve's dogs. My 19 month old dog from steve is an amazingly good hunter with a drive and passion for birds that is hard to match. He was steady to wing at 9 months old and had 15+ birds shot over him before 10 months He was very trainable and has an amazingly sweet disposition with kids and other dogs. He still to this day thinks that retrieving to hand is beneath him but with a nose and point like his some faults will be forgiven. Specially when he has a 3 legged lab hunting companion who can only retrieve so it works out well. I fully support Steve's blood lines and the dogs he breeds.

Fantastic lines, and most importantly fantastic dogs. Very birdy, and natural retrievers. I couldn't ask for a better pup.
