About Moonlight Vizslas

Puppies on occasion, but reputable breeder referrals & breed education/information is always available.

Our breeding goal is to produce dogs who can compete in multiple venues (Hunt/Field, Show, Obedience, Agility) AND be wonderful companions. We strive to breed dogs of sound temperament, and those who are healthy. Dogs in our breeding program are cleared for the breed's recommended genetic diseases; OFA Hips and Thyroid, and CERF Eyes. Our Vizsla puppies come with a 3-year health guarantee and a lifetime of support and assistance. Both Sire and Dam will be AKC Conformation Champions who are AKC DNA Registered with excellent and proven pedigrees and sound/stable temperaments. Puppies will be raised and socialized inside our home to the highest standards possible; and the foundation for crate training and housebreaking will be started. References are available on request.

We are members of our breed's National Club; The Vizsla Club of America, and abide by the club's Code of Ethics. We are also active members of the following regional clubs; South Coast Vizsla Club (Newsletter Editor) and Vizsla Club of Northern California.

In 2011, Moonlight Vizslas became an AKC Breeder of Merit, "This program honors breeder/exhibitors' dedication and hard work as they continue to produce dogs that are healthy, capable and beautiful. The foundation of today's AKC, Breeders of Merit have the power to influence, guide and teach future breeders, exhibitors, and all purebred dog owners".
