Submitted by: Ed Rucker on Apr 26, 2011I have known Todd for more than 6 years. He is one of the most dedicated hunting dog kennels in AZ. I don't know anyone that puts in the time, money and effort like Todd.
His dogs are tremendous specimens of the breed. He is close to adding a few new Field Champions to his kennel...and they are well earned.
Submitted by: Arlette Hennessey on Jun 21, 2010I have watched Todd work hard at his program over the years. He is out there working at putting together a solid program. Todd and his dogs have done some guides for us here on at Desert Pheasant Recreation and the clients have been extremely happy with quality of dog work he brings to the field.
Todd also comes to our training grounds every once in a while just to gets his dogs in a new area and the dogs have seen him working some nice young prospects and helping friends he brings along. Which I later see taking placements in some trials and/or passing Hunt tests.
That kinda of stuff right there really speaks for itself on the quality of dogs and dogs works he is doing.
Submitted by: Doug Walsh on Sep 17, 2009If you're reading this, you're on the right track. I suggest you ask Todd to send a video or, better yet, take a walk in the field behind his excellent dogs. It'll be time well spent.
Submitted by: MIKE ACKERMAN on Sep 09, 2009i have known todd for 40 years i have been working with todd since he got his first shorthair(cleo).hands down i have not seen a individual study and learn how to train dogs and exceed in physically train dogs.i bought a shorthair 2 1/2 years ago. todd took his own personal time to help me train my dog and i would not want anyone else trainning any other dog i bought. i know there are alot of other programs out there but i know personally his program works and produces titled dogs. thanks for all your help and support todd
Submitted by: D. Bryda on Aug 24, 2009In my opinion, one of the best breeding programs in Arizona. Great pedigree, plenty of titles, and well-oriented puppies.
Submitted by: Jason Taylor on Aug 17, 2009I have seen many of this breeders dogs in action. They are very competitive dogs and consistently place in the tournaments he runs them in.
I havenít bought one of his dogs, but when the time is right, he will be the first one I call.
Submitted by: R. T. Henderson on Aug 12, 2009I have known the principals at Pointer Ranch for many years. The respect that I have for their program and goal of improving an already excellent line of German Shorthaired Pointer is admired by myself along with many others in the state of Arizona and locations throughout the country. In addition to dogs that are phenomenal in the field and various trial circuits, Todd and Tracy are honest and trustworthy, making doing business with them enjoyable and without reservation.
Submitted by: Pete Torres on Aug 12, 2009I met Todd at the Arizona Game & Fish outdoor expo in 2008, I told him about my two german shorthaired pups that were in need of some training. He offered to help me train my dogs, He showed me what to do and now my dogs are steady to wing, shot, and release. They also finished 6th & 9th in the Arizona Pointing Dog Club senior class standings and are qualified to run in the AZPDC championship. I have since purchased two more GSP's which I got from Todd, Sired by his dog Wyatt and His Dam Sage. Both of the dogs are excellent examples of a quality GSP hunting or trial dog. I really appreciate all of the time and effort Todd has spent helping me train my dogs.
