We were introduced to GSP's from friends. We were instantly amazed at their loyalty, obedience and hunting instincts. After raising labs for hunting, we decided to include this additional breed of dog. Our main focus is on producing dogs that are intelligent, with sound temperment, sound confirmation, have intense hunting instincts, and posses a loyal and affectionate nature. We use encouragement to develop the natural want to please instincts of all pups for basic commands and hunting training. We believe that the sires and dams we choose will produce high quality pups, both coming from a long line of field and show GSP's(see website for 5 generation pedigree chart) We raise our pups with love and ecouragement further inhancing their natural loyal and obedient instincts, resulting in a hunting companion and pet that is obedient, and eager to please and work for its owner.  All pups are introduced to live game at 5-8 weeks to test their drive and hunting instincts.  All pups are docked, de-wormed, and dew claws removed. Shot records, bag of recommended food, AKC registration papers, and training toy are included with each sale of pup. Either for hunting or as a pet our dogs will be a great addition to your family. German Shorthaired Pointers are high energy dogs that are eager to work or play at all times. Please keep this into consideration when choosing this breed. Excercise or work is a must
