We are excited to announce that we have a litter of French Brittanys available! My daughter, Tyler, is raising the pups, and the dam of the litter belongs to her. The sire belongs to my son Adam. You can see pics of the parents and a short description on our website, They were born on Sunday, Dec. 30th. They'll be 7 weeks old and ready to go on Saturday, Feb. 17th. She had 4 boys and 4 girls, and they are $800. Parents are both registered with AKC, and the sire's hips have been certified OFA-Good. We are going to handle the picking order in the same way we always do, which means your picking position will be determined by the order in which the pups are reserved. We got "Scout" from the Smith's on December 1st, 2012 at eight weeks old and our home will never be the same again. He has taken over the hearts of everyone who meets him and is now an inseparable part of our family. Adam Smith was an absolute delight to work with in picking a puppy and I have already recommended their kennel to several people interested in a Boykin. This "little brown dog" is a treasure with our two small grandsons and I can't quite decide who gets tired first, the boys or the puppy. I am looking forward to next year's hunting season with renewed enthusiasm and know that Scout will be an absolute star.

We got our Boykin from the Smiths and LOVE him he is so smart, sweet, and energetic he is very well adjusted for all ages, dogs and personalities. I cant imagine ever having another breed. I have seen several since we got Lucky and I believe he is the most beautiful Boykin I have ever seen. We got him for the kids and hubby to hunt but he is my dog! Now I even go on duck outings to watch him work!

My husband Mike found Earline and her puppies and reserved a female for me. Earline was a joy to work and talk with. It was easy to tell that she really loved her little brown dogs! Miss Belle aka Brownhowler's Sarah Palin arrived 3 days before Christmas. She was a Wonderful gift. I have enjoyed everyday with her. She is just beautiful. I love the breed so much that we have another little girl who will be coming to live with us at the end of March, just in time for my birthday. Earline (Smiths Boykins) was recommended by another Boykin owner. The care and love Earline showed for her Boykins just reinforced our decision on where we would choose a pup. His name is Eli. Earline was up front and answer all our questions. She kept us informed on when the pups were born and how they were progressing, wonderful folks. Great breeders. We got our Maggie from the Smith's back in the spring of this year and would buy another dog there in a heartbeat. Word of caution: Please research these dogs before you buy one. They may not fit your lifestyle. Boykins are not for everyone. They are extremely active and need regular exercise and plenty of attention. That being said, they are fantastic little dogs and we wouldn't trade ours for anything.

We couldn't be more pleased w/ our Molly. We got her March '07 and she is thriving. The Smiths were wonderful, excellent communication and she has a lovely place for her dogs.

I got Jinx 4 years ago from the Smith family---she is wonderful----full of energy like most boykins but a beautiful dog and so much fun----she is always eager to play outside but will hop up on your lap to watch tv too---would highly recommend Smith Kennels and would love to get another puppy from them eventually.

We got our little Emmie back in April. She was a tiny little girl and we fell in love instantly. Earline was wonderful, contacting us when the pups were born, and when we picked Emmie up. She was our second Boykin and we plan on having more. I would definitely recommend Earline and Smith Boykins for anyone who is wanting a great addition to their family.
