Alabama Setters and Pointers - Alabama English Pointer Breeders

The foundation of our kennel business is our dedication to breed and train gun dogs that will perform at championship level everytime they run. The majority of life I have been an avid wild quail hunter spending as many days in the field as possible. I have hunted exstensivly in Texas, Kansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. I have always bred the best to the best to develop superior gun dogs for my hunts. With wild quail population deteriorating rapidly in most states I have focused the past three years on breeding, training and developing a string of UFTA field trial dogs. I now compete every weekend during trial season. My dogs have competed exceptionally well in 2012. Currently I have two 2 year old completely trained english setter males for sale. Their Sire is CH Hytest Sky Hawk and the Dam is a da ughter of CH A Tarheel Sunrise out of a daughter of CH Stillmeadow Jim. I also have a litter of seven week old english setter puppies. Ths Sire is a son of CH Pinekone Max Jr. bred to a daughter of 9 x CH Hicks Rising Sun. The Dam is a line bred grandaughter of 12 x CH Tecoa Mountain Sunrise. Thousands of wild quail have been killed over the Sire and Dam of this litter of puppies in west Texas. I have 5 males and 3 females.
